During my stay in Iraq, I was pleasantly surprised by the standards offered by the hotel. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service, always willing to help and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day. The location was perfect, with easy access to key areas and attractions around the city. the food provided Middle Eastern tastes that I loved.

The food was not consistent in the buffet and was oftentimes served cold. While most of the staff was welcoming, there was one who was not quite as friendly.
